Online steering wheel test

Check steering, pedals, buttons, centering, jitter, and axis range without installing extra software.

Start test

What can you test?

The tester starts automatically as soon as a steering wheel is detected and keeps running until you leave the page. It reads Gamepad API data including steering, pedal axes, buttons, paddles, and other inputs exposed by the driver. Pedal axes can still be mapped manually when needed.

The result is diagnostic information, not a certificate of mechanical condition. A browser cannot measure Force Feedback torque, mechanical play, electronics temperature, or internal component wear unless those issues affect the input signal reported to the operating system.

FAQ

How do I start the test?

Connect the steering wheel to your PC by USB and open the tester. As soon as the browser detects it, the test starts automatically and keeps running until you leave the page.

Can it test pedals?

Yes. The test continuously watches axis movement. If the pedal axes are not identified as expected, you can assign them manually.

Can it test Force Feedback?

Only partially. If the browser and driver expose a supported haptics interface, the tester can send a simple test signal. If that interface is unavailable, it does not mean Force Feedback is broken.
