How do I check my public IP address?
Open the ACC64 Speed Test tool. Your public IP address is displayed automatically in the results and may be shown as IPv4 or IPv6.
Why does my IP address change when I turn on a VPN?
A VPN routes your connection through a VPN server, so websites see the public IP address of that server instead of the usual public IP address of your connection.
What is the difference between a public and private IP address?
A public IP address is visible to internet services, while private IP addresses are used inside a local network, for example between your router, computer, phone and other devices.
